Forum Title: How to Repair a Storm Door
Hi, I have a front storm door to my house. It is an aluminum, or at least the surface of the door appears to be aluminum. I am not certain what the inside - it's a gray color, it looks like compressed cardboard.... I have some pictures at the link below. Well... it kind of corroded, pitted and flaked apart. Is there any way to fix this other than buy a new door? Here are some pictures:::: ~Help - Broken Storm Door~::: Thanks!! Alex

It's possible the door is out of plumb, contacting on top or bottom first, making the door difficult to shut. If that's not the case, you could probably use an adjustable strike plate.

No, no way to fix it... and you probably won't have any luck getting the company that made it to replace it. You can look for a manufacturer's label, usually on the hinge side of the door. Might be a larson, but I'm not sure. You can Bondo and paint the corner so that it looks better, but the problem is the result of water seeping in between the layers of laminate.
